前幾天 用台語跟家屬提醒說醫院小偷很多 我沒有用ㄗㄟ來形容"多" 而是用ㄍㄠ 護士美眉說為什麼？ 這好像也沒有為什麼 因為台語說法就是這樣子 如果用北京話翻成台語 那當然是會想到ㄗㄟ 不過不要忘記 台語的用法不是都跟北京話一樣 所以不能都用翻譯的思考邏輯來說台語 例如英語裡 電話響 要接電話 不能說 take the phone, 要說 answer the phone 是同樣的道理
再回到ㄍㄠ這個台語形容詞 它的意思是多 濃密 厚的 所以
蚊子很多 可以說 "ㄇㄤ阿今ㄍㄠ"
這本書很厚 "激ㄅㄩㄣ ㄘㄟ 今ㄍㄠ"
咖啡很濃 "咖逼今ㄍㄠ"

前陣子上外科時有位小姐陽明山健行 不小心被蟲咬到肚子 領隊說是螞蝗 之後一直流血不止 4-5小時候下山到我們的急診 我還是第一次碰到螞蝗咬傷 其實我都還沒聽過螞蝗是什麼？ 所以我就google一下 原來螞蝗就是 水蛭 (反白看答案) 處理很簡單 就是加壓止血 加上其他例行的傷口處理

台北的內科圓環區改建工程終於完成 重新設計病患看診區域 結果是好還不好？ 聽到的意見蠻多的！ 這花了10萬元的預算（醫院也只願意給10萬） 所得到的成果是比我預期還好 不過礙於預算問題 這當然不是每個人都滿意 大家都高興的最終完美整修 還是有要改進的地方
Remodeling of our medical area is finally completed, is the new design good enough for everyone? I heard a lots comments. This project had a budget of NT$100,000. ( That's the amount our hospital willing to pay.) The result is better than I expected, of course this project is not perfect, for sure it will not be able to satisfy everyone's needs and to make everyone happy, there are still some improvements needed to be done.

今天是護士節 有個跳蚤市場公益活動 趁下班時 先下手挑些自己喜歡的東西 找到一個拼圖遊戲 30元 就買下來帶回家 大家捐獻的東西很多 衣服鞋子玩偶 廚具 什麼都有 可見愛買真是人的本性

Today is Nurse's Day, a charity event flea market is scheduled for this morning, all income from flee market will be donated to charity organization. I had a chance of pre-market buying after night shift, I found a picture puzzle, it costs NT $30. People contribute many things for sell, including clothes, shoes, puppets, kitchenware etc. So many items, shopping is really a human nature!
